Information We May Collect
We may collect information you voluntarily provide when you contact us or sign up for the Clear Choice Picks software checklist and email updates. The current signup form asks for an email address. We also record subscription confirmation and consent information associated with the signup process.
We may use analytics and security tools to collect general technical information such as pages visited, browser or device type, referral source, approximate location, and interactions with site features. This information is used in aggregate and is not intended to include the contents of form fields.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to:
- Deliver requested downloads, including the Clear Choice Picks software checklist
- Send occasional practical software recommendations when you have consented
- Respond to messages
- Measure and improve website content and signup performance
- Maintain site security and performance
Email Signup and Unsubscribing
Clear Choice Picks uses Kit to collect email signup information, confirm subscriptions, manage subscribers, deliver requested downloads, and send email campaigns. Kit may process your email address, form activity, subscription status, and related technical information on our behalf. New subscribers must confirm their email address before joining the list. After confirmation, Kit redirects subscribers to the requested Clear Choice Picks software checklist. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in an email. Unsubscribing stops future marketing emails but does not necessarily remove records that must be retained for security, legal, or suppression-list purposes.
Affiliate Links
Clear Choice Picks may use affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link, the partner site or affiliate network may use cookies or similar tracking technology to credit referrals. Clear Choice Picks may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
Third-Party Services
The site may use third-party services such as website hosting, form processing, email marketing, analytics, security tools, and affiliate networks. These services process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
Your Choices
You do not have to sign up for email updates to read Clear Choice Picks. You may contact us to ask about information you have provided or to request that it be corrected or deleted, subject to applicable retention requirements.
